Building these townhomes on Ester Drive was such a fun learning and working experience! We built a total of nine, and it has brought so many housing options for families or individuals that these are the perfect fit for! We love that each set has its own unique style, design, and touches! We learned so much about zoning, permits, inspections, and processes through this, and, most importantly, we learned together and worked as a team! These types of homes were, and still are, such a need in our area with the college campus so close. It was so meaningful for us to be able to build these for the perfect new owner!
